We’re looking for a mid to senior level Web Designer to join our team and help bring digital experiences to life across brand, ecommerce, and product design work. This role is ideal for someone who can concept and build thoughtful, visually strong web experiences from the ground up while balancing user experience best practices with modern interactivity. You’ll be comfortable working within and evolving design systems, collaborating closely with internal teams, and confidently presenting ideas both internally and client-facing.

Note: This role will begin as a 2–3 month contract and is intended to transition into a full-time position following the contract period.

Mandatory requirements

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of web design and UX experience, ranging from brand websites to ecommerce and product design
Strong ability to concept visual directions and ideate from scratch, delivering clear and cohesive creative direction for projects and tasks
Solid understanding of design systems, with the ability to build systems from scratch and scale them effectively over time
Strong user experience skills, with knowledge of best practices and the ability to push interactivity while maintaining clarity and ease of use
High proficiency in Figma, including building components, variables, prototyping and maintaining well structured and organized files
Ability to prototype full page layouts, specific interaction ideas, and individual modules
Understanding of content strategy, with the ability to recommend modules and layouts that best support messaging and user goals
Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and client facing
Ability to research competitors and provide references for similar functionality or experiences related to current projects
Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, and web or interaction focused AI tools) to support ideation, workflows, and exploration
