Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & FP&A - PE Portfolio Company
I'm working with a Private Equity backed manufacturing & energy solutions company, to hire a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & FP&A to work along side their c-suite.
The company is growing and is looking for someone who can weigh-in on financial and overall business strategy, be a key member of deal team for M&A transactions, own financial modeling, and automate FP&A practices.
This role is highly visible across the organization and with private equity stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Deal readiness, due diligence, etc.
- Financial modeling/FP&A
- Right hand to CFO & Director, providing data-driven insights to investors and telling story
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations for the Board, private equity sponsors, and lenders.
- Translate financial performance into clear narratives.
- Interact with PE owners on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4–10 years of progressive Finance & sell side Transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Worked at or with PE Portfolio companies
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors
- Manufacturing/Energy/Engineering/Infrastructure industry experience required
Additional Details:
- Completely remote - with some travel
- Base salary up to $160k + bonus
