We’re looking for experienced Finance Domain Experts to help shape how next-generation AI systems reason about real-world financial problems. This is a hands-on, impact-driven consulting role at the intersection of Finance × AI × Data.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Finance Domain Expert, you will work closely with AI and engineering teams to:

Define finance workflows across domains such as:
Investment Banking (M&A, market research)
Private Equity (commercial diligence, portfolio analysis)
Asset Management (earnings analysis, portfolio construction)
Equity Research (investment thesis, valuation, forecasting)
Design evaluations & test cases for AI/LLM systems:
Specify inputs, expected outputs, and success criteria
Build structured rubrics, scoring frameworks, and golden responses
Assess LLM capabilities on complex financial tasks:
Financial statement analysis
Market & competitive research
Risk assessment and forecasting
Guide data curation & annotation
Identify high-quality financial data
Support human-in-the-loop evaluation and validation
Provide iterative feedback to improve AI accuracy, reasoning quality, and real-world relevance

✅ Mandatory Screening Criteria (STRICT)

Candidates must have hands-on experience with some of the following:

AI / LLM modeling or evaluation in finance
Prompt engineering for financial use cases
Designing rubrics, scoring frameworks, or golden responses
Data annotation or human-in-the-loop model evaluation
Using AI tools to support financial decision-making or optimization

⚠️ This is a hard requirement and will be assessed during interviews.

🎯 Domain Experience Required

7+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
Investment Banking
Private Equity
Asset Management
Equity Research
Experience levels accepted:
Entry-level
Mid-level
Executive / Leadership
Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex finance problems into measurable steps
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Prior exposure to AI / ML / LLM-based financial models is a strong plus
