Role Overview
As Head of Marketing, North America, you will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for the North America region. This role is responsible for setting clear strategic direction, driving functional excellence, and building a high-performing North America marketing organization to accelerate both brand impact and business growth.
You will serve as the primary marketing leader for the region, working closely with global marketing leadership to ensure strong alignment with global brand strategy while delivering highly effective, consumer-centric, locally relevant marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. North America Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Act as the primary marketing leader for the North America market, owning regional brand and marketing strategy across all initiatives.
- Ensure consumer insights and brand vision are deeply embedded across global and North America marketing programs.
- Drive long-term brand building and competitive differentiation while supporting near-term business growth objectives.
2. Global Alignment & Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Global Head of Marketing to ensure strong alignment on seasonal, annual, and long-range marketing strategies.
- Enhance operational excellence through effective cross-regional collaboration and execution.
3. Creative & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of brand concepts, creative campaigns, marketing briefs, and integrated marketing plans.
- Ensure creative excellence, brand consistency, and strong linkage between marketing storytelling and commercial outcomes.
4. Consumer Experience & Innovation
- Translate consumer insights and brand vision into a cohesive concept framework that guides innovation and execution.
- Continuously evolve consumer experiences that strengthen brand connection and drive sustainable business growth.
5. Integrated Go-To-Market Leadership
- Lead and align cross-functional teams throughout the go-to-market process, collaborating closely with Marketing, Design, PR & Communications, Integrated Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Experience teams.
- Ensure all marketing disciplines are strategically aligned and executed as one cohesive ecosystem.
6. Performance Measurement & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Own campaign performance measurement with a strong focus on business impact and ROI.
- Use performance insights to refine strategies, prioritize investments, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
7. Consumer & Cultural Insights
- Establish a robust process to capture deep consumer insights across fitness, health, wellness, and broader cultural trends.
- Proactively identify and respond to shifts in consumer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics.
8. Regional Communication & Leadership
- Provide regular strategic updates, guidance, and feedback to North America team members.
- Ensure continuous alignment, transparency, and adaptability as strategies evolve in a fast-changing market environment.
