The opportunity
Unreal Digital Group is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with deep, proven B2B experience to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in traditional B2B marketing environments and knows how to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual assets.
This is not a consumer, lifestyle, or brand-only role. We are specifically seeking candidates who have spent their careers designing for B2B audiences, products, and decision-makers.
You’ll collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality work for B2B clients across digital and print channels.
What You’ll Be DoingDesign and execute core B2B marketing assets, including:
- Google Slides / pitch decks
- eBooks
- White papers
- Solution briefs
- Infographics and data visualizations
-Translate complex concepts, data, and messaging into clear, visually engaging designs for business audiences
-Create blog graphics and supporting visuals for content marketing initiatives
-Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple clients and touchpoints
-Partner closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure visuals align with messaging and business goals
-Review and refine design assets to ensure a consistently high bar for quality and brand alignment
-Stay current on B2B design best practices, trends, and tools
-Meeting with clients from time to time to share concepts and ideas.Â
Required Experience (Please Read)We are only considering candidates with strong, demonstrated B2B design experience.
You should have:
-7+ years of professional graphic design experience
-A portfolio that clearly shows traditional B2B marketing work, including:
- Long-form content (i.e. eBooks, white papers, infographics)
- Sales enablement assets (i.e. case studies, checklists, solution briefs etc.)
- Decks (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
-Experience designing for B2B audiences and decision-makers
-Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills
-Experience simplifying complex information through data visualization and infographics
-Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Figma or similar
-Strong communication skills
Nice to Have (Strong Plus)- Experience with video storyboarding
- Experience designing for interactive or digital experiences (i.e. Ceros, animated gifs)
- Agency experience working with multiple B2B clients
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
What This Role Is NotTo avoid misalignment, this role is not focused on:
- Consumer or DTC brands
- Social-first, influencer, or lifestyle design
- Heavily illustrative or experimental brand work without B2B context
