About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Coordinator who lives and breathes marketing, moves fast, brings ideas to the table, and actually enjoys helping people. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute, communicate, and think creatively while keeping things moving across channels.
You’ll work closely with growth, lifecycle, creative, partnerships, and product teams to help plan, launch, and optimize marketing initiatives that directly impact growth, retention, and member experience.
This is a mid-level role. High energy beats seniority.
Your Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across lifecycle (email/SMS), web, social, affiliates, CTV support, partnerships, and launches
Coordinate day-to-day marketing execution, timelines, assets, and follow-ups across teams
Help turn ideas into shipped campaigns — fast
Assist with content planning, briefs, QA, and launch readiness across channels
Support affiliate, partnership, and growth initiatives with coordination, assets, and communication
Track campaign performance at a basic level and help surface insights and opportunities
Stay on top of trends in telehealth, DTC, CPG, ecommerce, and social platforms
Use AI tools to move faster, generate ideas, and improve execution
Communicate clearly in Slack and keep things unblocked
Jump in wherever needed to get things done — no silos, no excuses

Requirements
2–5 years experience in marketing, growth, brand, lifecycle, ecommerce, CPG, DTC, or digital marketing
Experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels
Strong communication skills and Slack fluency
Comfort working EST hours
Familiarity with email, SMS, social, web, and performance marketing concepts
AI-savvy And Curious About New Tools And Workflows
Figma familiarity is a plus
Telehealth, healthcare, supplements, or wellness experience is a strong plus

Why This Role Matters
Affiliate is one of Eden’s highest-leverage growth channels. Your work directly impacts revenue, acquisition efficiency, and long-term member LTV by bringing in qualified partners and making their traffic convert.
You’ll own performance end-to-end, and you’ll work closely with CRO, web/UX, and development to improve landing pages, intake flows, and conversion paths so partner growth translates into real outcomes.
This role exists so leadership can focus on strategy while you build the relationships, systems, and execution that make the channel win.
Salary
$70k-90k
This role is accountable to generate incremental gross profit of at least 10x their base salary within 12 months by scaling affiliate revenue at target CPA while maintaining acquisition quality. KPIs are structured so growth only counts when it is profitable and retention-safe.
KPIs
- KPI: Generate 300 incremental approved conversions per month from new cross-channel campaign initiatives, while staying within target CAC/CPA.
- KPI: Launch 5 cross-channel campaigns per month with greater than or equal to 90% on-time delivery.
- KPI: Maintain Hreater than or equal to 98% QA accuracy on all launches (tracking, links, offers, compliance).
- KPI: Develop and launch 1 new growth initiative per month with measurable impact.
- KPI: Reduce brief-to-live cycle time by 20% within 90 days.
- KPI: Maintain greater than or equal to 95% message consistency across channels (offer, pricing, disclaimers).
