10+ years experience leading and growing successful teams across life sciences is critical here, along with the mindset and hunger to work within an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defines and execute a US sales strategy that accelerates adoption of the company’s technologies across research, clinical, and biopharma markets.
- Builds, coaches, and scales a high-performing commercial team as the business grows.
- Drives new customer acquisition while expanding existing accounts through strong relationships and consultative selling.
- Partners closely with the CEO, leadership team, and product/marketing to align go-to-market execution.
- Establishes scalable processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Leads by example in the field, engaging directly with key customers and partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of commercial leadership experience within life sciences.
- Proven track record of scaling sales organisations in high-growth or start-up environments.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on — from setting direction to closing key deals.
- Deep understanding of the US life sciences and healthcare landscape.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
