- Lead and motivate a skilled team of field service technicians.
- Oversee boiler service, repair, and installation projects across Indiana.
- Serve as the primary customer contact—ensuring clear communication and long-term satisfaction.
- Plan and manage project schedules, materials, and technician assignments.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to optimize service delivery.
- Manage tools, materials, and field operations to ensure peak performance.
- 5–10 years of experience in field service, mechanical, or industrial operations.
- 3+ years of leadership or service management experience.
- Knowledge of boilers, burners, HVAC systems, or industrial equipment preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to job sites within Indiana.
