- Install, configure, and validate unit-dose and multi-dose packaging equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues independently in real-world environments
- Handle days where schedules change, equipment varies, and urgency is real
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and performance
- Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Document service work thoroughly and accurately—details matter
- Communicate field insights back to internal teams to improve systems and processes
- Travel regularly to customer locations (regional and national)
- Problems don’t linger—you see them through until resolved
- Customers trust you because you’re prepared, professional, and thorough
- You manage your time, priorities, and workload without needing constant direction
- Equipment leaves your hands operating exactly as it should
- Experience installing, servicing, or troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment
(pharmacy, automation, or medical equipment experience is a strong plus)
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
- High attention to detail and pride in doing work the right way
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working alone in the field
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system performance
- Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move equipment as required
