The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this remote Executive Assistant role is a high-impact, short-term opportunity to partner closely with executive leadership during an exciting phase of growth and transition. This is a 90-day temporary assignment (32 hours per week) with strong potential to extend for the right person.
This role is ideal for a polished, proactive Executive Assistant who loves bringing clarity to complexity, keeping leaders focused on what matters most, and serving as the steady force behind big ideas.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted right hand to the President/CEO, managing priorities, communication, and flow
- Own and manage the executive calendar, meetings, and scheduling with precision and foresight
- Prepare and refine executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Coordinate executive outreach, virtual meetings, and special projects
- Provide administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team as needed
- Keep the President/CEO’s virtual office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
- Represent Somnium with discretion, polish, and alignment to our values
- Support initiatives that move our vision forward — thoughtfully, efficiently, and with heart
Who You Are
- An experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and unflappable under pressure
- A strong communicator with excellent judgment and discretion
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Flexible, adaptable, and energized by supporting visionary leadership
- Professional, polished, and naturally service-oriented
