Executive Vice President of Sales – Global Facilities Management Leader

Compensation: Up to $350,000 base + Commission & Incentives ($500k+ OTE)
A world-leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Executive Vice President of Sales to spearhead growth across the US. This is a flagship commercial leadership role within a global powerhouse, driving major new business wins and shaping national sales strategy.
The Role
As EVP of Sales, you will:
- Lead nationwide sales strategy across integrated facilities management solutions
- Drive high-value enterprise sales, targeting major corporate and Fortune-level clients
- Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales organisation
- Develop market penetration plans and oversee pipeline development from prospecting to close
- Work closely with the executive board to influence long-term commercial direction
What We're Looking For
- Facilities Management industry experience is essential
- Proven track record of leading large national sales teams and winning major multi-million-dollar contracts
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills at C-suite level
- Deep understanding of FM solutions (hard, soft, IFM, technical services, etc.)
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on commercial leadership
Compensation Package
- Up to $350,000 base salary
- $500k+ total compensation (bonus + commissions)
