As the right hand to two POS Sales Directors, you ll orchestrate high-volume hiring logistics, executive travel, and expense workflows that keep 100+ new sellers moving from offer letter to quota-crushing productivity. Your behind-the-scenes precision will shape the employee experience and fuel revenue growth across North America.
- - Responsibilities:- -
- Own end-to-end SHA (Strategic Hiring Alignment) submissions for Q1 Q2 hiring sprints
- Track hiring pipelines and synchronize HR, Recruiting, and Sales leadership milestones
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, equipment provisioning, and first-day readiness for new hires
- Manage complex calendars, prioritizing interviews, off-sites, and customer-facing travel
- Book domestic/international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport, meals) via Concur; ensure policy compliance
- Process pre-travel authorizations and post-travel expense reports, reconciliations, and approvals
- Serve as communication hub between sales leadership and cross-functional partners during the hiring surge
- Propose process improvements that scale administrative support beyond current headcount growth
- - Ideal Candidates Will Have:- -
- 3+ years supporting C-suite or VP-level executives in high-growth tech or retail environments
- Experience navigating hiring surges of 50+ employees within a single fiscal quarter
- Advanced proficiency with Concur, Ariba, Certify, or equivalent travel & procurement platforms
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential compensation and headcount data

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Expert-level Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
- Ability to juggle 15+ open hiring requisitions without missing SLA deadlines
