Job Description
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a critical part of the Channel Marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of retail marketing initiatives by managing creative workflows, optimizing budget oversight, and driving efficiency in content syndication. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Creative Project Management
- Lead and manage the end-to-end creative process for channel marketing assets.
- Develop project timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, ensuring clear communication between creative and channel marketing teams.
- Budget Ownership & Management
- Own and manage the channel marketing budget, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with finance to approve budgets, process, manage vendor payments, and forecast expenses.
- Analyze budget utilization and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising marketing impact.
- Provide regular budget reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
- Content Syndication Tool Management
- Oversee the management and optimization of Cricut’s content syndication tools to ensure seamless distribution of product content to retail partners.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of product content across multiple retail platforms.
- Partner with retail marketing and product marketing teams to improve content effectiveness and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content syndication issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required (business or marketing major preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, retail marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with creative teams and managing marketing production workflows.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with experience tracking and optimizing marketing spend.
- Familiarity with content syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo) and e-commerce content management.
- Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Airtable, or Trello.
- Retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
