- You have the ability to identify and communicate product requirements for successful partnerships
What you will do
- You will establish productive relationships with key partners and build out the sales team
- You will deliver a comprehensive strategy and execution of new business development
- You will build playbooks, processes, training, and incentive programs to properly enable a high-performing sales team
- You will track, report, and enhance the performance of your team by identifying issues as they arise and providing executable solutions
- You will be responsible for quota and pipeline forecasting for all sales employees
- You will ensure that the CRM is properly updated and maintain to ensure forecasting accuracy
- You will evaluate and mentor struggling team members to maintain a high-performing team
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 - 7 years of SaaS sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent deal making, negotiation and contract structuring skills
- Experience with B2B enterprise technology and SaaS solutions
