Part-Time Executive Assistant (Remote)
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Hours: 15–25 hours/week (flexible)

About the Role
We’re seeking a smart, proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support leadership in managing a range of tasks — from calling customers and sales reps, to researching new business and marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who’s resourceful, organized, and enjoys juggling multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Communications:
- Call and follow up with potential employees, sales reps, and customers
- Maintain clear communication logs and follow-through
- Research & Coordination:
- Research customer issues, sales inquiries, and industry trends
- Support marketing research for new campaigns and digital strategies
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling, CRM updates, call summaries, and project tracking
- Prepare short briefs, summaries, or updates based on findings
- Marketing Support:
- Help launch or organize new marketing initiatives (email, outreach, LinkedIn)
- Assist with influencer, rep, or partner outreach as needed
You Are:
- Professional and comfortable on the phone and via email
- Detail-oriented and self-driven — you don’t need to be micromanaged
- Curious and capable of online research and quick learning
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM platforms, etc.
- Available at least 3–4 weekdays during normal business hours (EST or CST preferred)
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service
- Background in architecture, design, tile/stone/distribution industries
- Experience working with reps, showrooms, or vendors
