The Dorothea and Leo Rabkin Foundation, dedicated to celebrating and supporting the work of arts journalists nationwide, is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage accounts and financial systems.
Some of the primary duties of this contract position include, but are not limitted to:
- Monitor and pay bills
- Reconcile books monthly
- Support budgeting activities
- Support accountant with end-of-year filings
- Prepare 1099s
- Renew insurances
- Keep tabs on payroll, contractor payment platform and health insurance platforms

Experience with Quickbooks online is required; familiarity with nonprofit accounting is preferred. Hours are 10 to 12 per month.
