Role Description
This is full-time, may be based anywhere in Florida, supervising up to 30 outside B2C sales professionals. The Senior Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, developing and implementing B2C sales strategies, and achieving regional sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales metrics, conducting market research, producing sales reports, and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders within the home improvement sector.
Qualifications
- Recent experience in Outside B2C sales team Management in Home Improvement Products Industry
- Developing sales strategies for the state of Florida as a member of the leadership team
- 3+ years experience managing a sales team of 20+ direct reports
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and produce actionable insights
- Experience in Florida B2C sales markets and developing client relationships
- Strong experience/knowledge of the home improvement industry
- Bilingual (Eng/Sp) required
