Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery, vendor performance, and client satisfaction across a multi-site facilities services portfolio (landscaping, snow, etc)
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Work Order Management (Daily & Monthly)
- Vendor Coordination & Performance Oversight
- Quality Control
- Out-of-Scope (OOS) Requests
- Documentation & Internal Compliance
- Cross-Department Coordination
- On-Call Rotation
Qualifications
- (REQUIRED) Experience in account management in facilities services, property management, field services, or related industries.
- (REQUIRED) Comfortable navigating service portals (FacilIT, ServiceChannel, Fexa, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Experience managing multi-site portfolios and coordinating with vendors.
- Ability to interpret SOWs and identify service gaps or quality issues.
- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of work orders daily.
- Strong follow-through and ability to drive accountability with vendors.
- Must be comfortable handling after-hours emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.
Summary
The Account Manager ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality service across all locations. This role requires strong communication, task management, vendor oversight, and problem-solving skills to deliver excellence in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
