Join OneScreen, a leader in interactive EdTech solutions, as we expand across the Southeastern U.S. We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager who understands the K–12 sales cycle, knows how to build district relationships, and can drive growth through channel partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in selling EdTech to school districts and educational resellers. You'll be responsible for managing sales across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennesse and South Carolina, working directly with district leaders, VARs, and reseller partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow regional sales to K–12 school districts, regional service centers, and educational resellers
- Build trusted relationships with superintendents, CTOs, curriculum directors, and state-level education influencers
- Partner with resellers and dealers to drive co-selling and support their outreach with training and demos
- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, attend education trade shows, and present to district committees
- Stay informed on funding opportunities (ESSER, Title I, E-Rate) and assist schools in navigating purchasing paths
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on field insights
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of EdTech sales experience, preferably selling into K–12 public schools and/or districts
- Familiarity with district procurement processes, RFPs, and funding cycles
- Strong network of reseller partners, education consultants, and K–12 stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing a territory remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
