About the Role The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to a well-known beauty influencer who has recently launched a beauty brand. This role serves as the right hand to the creator/founder, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly, communication flows effectively, and the founder’s time and energy are focused on the highest-impact activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong judgment and discretion.
Responsibilities Executive Support & Administration- Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, ensuring alignment with top business priorities.
- Schedule meetings, calls, interviews, and travel while anticipating needs and managing conflicts in real time.
- Handle day-to-day administrative needs such as expense reports, vendor coordination, etc.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information.
- Anticipate the Founder’s needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
Communication & Relationship Management- Serve as a liaison for the Founder across internal and external communications.
- Draft and respond to emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder when appropriate.
- Coordinate with key partners, clients, investors, and collaborators to ensure timely follow-ups and professional representation.
- Manage speaking engagements, interviews, and press requests in partnership with PR or marketing teams.
Personal & Lifestyle Management - While this is distinctly not a personal assistant role, the right person will understand that the life of a creator is often their business and therefore personal and professional lines are often blurry.
- Support select personal logistics such as travel, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate personal and professional commitments to ensure balance and minimize scheduling conflicts.
- Assist with event planning, and general errands as needed to free the Founder’s time for strategic work.

- Strong communication and writing skills: capable of drafting thoughtful correspondence in the Founder’s style and tone.

- Polished yet grounded presence: able to represent the Founder with grace across investors, press, partners, and the broader community.
- Tech-savvy and systems-oriented: fluent in tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, and Asana.
- Calm under pressure: able to pivot quickly and maintain composure amid ambiguity or creative chaos.

Compensation
Location- While this role is remote, the individual must be located within Boston and comfortable traveling 25-50% of the time
