About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to build the financial and analytical foundation needed to support Wingz's rapid growth. This role owns the company’s financial model and partners directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives including fundraising efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Own the company-wide financial model, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Build state-by-state P&L frameworks, contribution margin models, and cost structures.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to design KPIs and automate reporting.
- Lead financial readiness for fundraising rounds including supporting investor diligence, data room preparation, and KPI slicing.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or strategic finance.
- Exceptional modeling and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or financial diligence.
- Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience as an entrepreneur/builder.
- Experience in healthcare, transportation, or marketplaces is a plus.
- Experience scaling finance within a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation
- Base Salary $100,000-150,000 + bonus/equity.
