What We’re Looking For
We need a seasoned full-charge bookkeeper who can own the entire accounting cycle without hand-holding. This is a full-time role (remote) and can be structured as a contractor or employee. No employee benefits at this stage—we’re still early and scaling—but there is real long-term opportunity here.
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Comfort managing the full accounting cycle: daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ability to complete accurate and timely month-end close
• Ability to prepare custom reports tailored to specific client needs
• Strong attention to detail—our clients rely on perfect financials
• Clear, professional communication (our clients expect a premium experience)
What You’ll Own
• Daily transaction matching and reconciliation
• Weekly vendor, payroll, and financial activity posting
• Monthly financial close and report packages
• CCC-to-QBO alignment checks (training provided)
• Missing items audits and follow-ups
• Client-specific reporting that is accurate, consistent, and actionable
