Overview
Seeking a Multimedia Designer with 2 to 4 years in B2B / corporate design to produce print, web, and motion assets for healthcare-focused marketing programs. Role partners with product marketing and social teams, reports to the Senior Lead Creative, and delivers collateral, campaign assets, and trade-show materials across a fast, collaborative workflow.
Type: Part time, remote contract
Schedule: Must work PST day hours
Duration: 4 months
Pay: $30 - $34/hr
Multimedia Designer Requirements
- Proven B2B corporate portfolio; healthcare or medical work preferred; case studies and white papers required
- Expert: Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for infographics, iconography, and collateral; Photoshop; After Effects; Premiere; ImageReady; Canva
- Print production mastery, including large-format trade-show graphics and event signage
- Motion and video editing proficiency for social and paid channels; LinkedIn ad experience a plus
- Strong PowerPoint visual storytelling and template creation
- Production discipline, detail orientation, critical thinking, and willingness to handle repetitive formatting tasks
- Comfortable collaborating with product marketing and communications; clear written and verbal communication
- Degree or certificate in Graphic/Visual Design; Adobe Suite proficiency expected
- Tech setup: PC laptop and email; PC experience preferred; Mac OK
Multimedia Designer Duties
- Produce and version marketing collateral at scale: product sheets, case studies, white papers, data sheets, and sales enablement materials using existing and net-new InDesign templates
- Design infographics, icon systems, and diagrams in Illustrator and Canva aligned to brand and accessibility standards
- Build and prep print and large-format assets for events and trade shows, ensuring accurate specs, color, bleeds, and vendor-ready files
- Create digital assets for web and social, including LinkedIn ads with animation/motion; export packages per channel requirements
- Edit and animate video and motion graphics in After Effects and Premiere; deliver cutdowns, captions, and aspect-ratio variants
- Maintain production quality control, file hygiene, and versioning across proof cycles; implement stakeholder edits swiftly
- Partner with product marketing and communications to align messaging, timelines, and deliverables; propose design improvements proactively
- Manage day-to-day asset intake and production queue to supplement additional workload while meeting deadlines and SLAs
