The Role
The VP of Sales will own Adquadrant’s new business function, from strategy to close, with a focus on high-growth consumer brands. This is not a maintenance role; it’s for a builder of revenue who can blend sales leadership, GTM process design (including instrumentation of the right tech/AI-stack), and hands-on selling to unlock new revenue channels and expand into new verticals.

This Role Will
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
- Leverage the latest technology and AI solutions to accelerate all aspects of securing new business, in areas such as lead identification, qualification, outbound prospecting, etc.
- Design and implement scalable GTM processes that integrate seamlessly with marketing, partnerships, and client success.
- Drive a consultative sales approach that demonstrates ROI and ties adQuadrant’s offerings to client growth levers.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, shaping company strategy and market positioning.
The Ideal Candidate Has Experience With
Sales Leadership & GTM Strategy
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned to aggressive revenue goals and expansion plans.
- Building and scaling a sales organization with accountability, process, and coaching at its core.
- Prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities through an advanced approach that leverages an intelligent tech stack and AI.
- Establishing forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting processes.
- Implementing structured sales playbooks, ICP/persona frameworks, and territory optimization.
- Partnering with marketing on inbound/outbound campaigns, thought leadership, and event strategy.
Business Development & Closing
- Leading enterprise-level pitches, RFP responses, and proposals.
- Leveraging personal networks and industry presence to generate high-value leads.
- Expanding beyond current channels into new verticals, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Representing adQuadrant on stage and at industry events to position us as a market leader.
Consultative Solution Selling
- Running deep discovery to understand client objectives, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
- Selling confidently using ROI models, Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and attribution frameworks.
- Collaborating with internal teams to build custom solutions and profitable pricing strategies.
- Demonstrating strong financial acumen to connect strategies directly to business outcomes.
Team Development
- Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching top-tier sales talent.
- Establishing incentive and compensation structures, along with performance systems, that both motivate the team and drive accountability.
- Building a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
Desired Qualifications
Non-Negotiables
- 12+ years in sales, with at least 5 in leadership within a digital marketing agency, consulting, or adjacent field.
- Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals and beating multi-million-dollar targets.
- Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and performance marketing ecosystems.
- Demonstrated mastery of GTM strategy, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Fluency in selling complex, multi-service agency engagements with measurable ROI.
- High tech proficiency and passion for AI

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Build a predictable revenue engine that consistently hits or exceeds annual new business targets.
- Shift pipeline generation from founder-led to sales-led, driving majority of new revenue.
- Hire and onboard 2–3 high-performing sales executives.
- Implement a formal sales playbook, CRM rigor, and forecasting methodology.
- Deliver at least three $1M+ new client deals within the first year.
- Position adQuadrant as a go-to agency for high-growth consumer brands through events, thought leadership, and partnerships.
