GROWTH & BRAND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
TYPE: FULL-TIME (REMOTE IN DFW AREA)
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Growth & Brand Development Coordinator, you’ll help shape how Anchored Spirits connects
with the world. You’ll blend creativity and strategy to drive brand growth, community engagement,
and meaningful experiences that deepen customer relationships and elevate our story across every
touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and support brand growth strategies that strengthen awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Lead creative storytelling across digital, social, and in-person channels, ensuring brand consistency
and emotional resonance.
▪ Identify and support building partnerships with distributors, venues, influencers, and local
collaborators aligned with our brand values.
▪ Plan and execute experiential activations — from pop-ups to cocktail events that embody
the Anchored Spirits ethos.
▪ Analyze campaign performance, social metrics, and customer insights to inform data-driven
decisions.
▪ Oversee creative assets, brand materials, and digital presence to maintain alignment with
our voice and visual identity.
▪ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive
brand expression.
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, growth strategy, or community management
(experience in craft beverages, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred
▪ Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media growth, and brand storytelling.
▪ Proven success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
▪ Strong creative instincts paired with analytical skills.
▪ Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
▪ A passion for craft beverages, culture, and creating genuine community experiences.
