We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support both my personal workflow as the owner of a growing construction and remodeling company, and the daily administrative operations of Montalto Construction Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who can streamline processes, stay on top of details, and help build smooth systems behind the scenes.
You will handle a mix of executive assistant tasks and company admin tasks—including tracking project data, setting up automations, organizing files, and helping integrate the tools we use (JobTread, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Zapier).
