What You’ll Do:
- Maintain executive inboxes and deliver daily email and priority summaries
- Own and manage calendars, schedule coordination, and time blocking
- Track key numbers, financial data, and business scorecards
- Ensure the executive has a pulse on finances and investments at all times
- Deliver a daily priorities and commitments report to keep execution tight
- Protect executive focus so 80%+ of their time is spent on relationships and lead generation
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface
- Support projects, communication, documentation, and follow-through end to end
What Success Looks Like:
- Numbers are tracked with accuracy and delivered on time
- Executive has a pulse on business finances and investments at all times
- Executive inbox is under control and priorities are clear daily
- Calendar reflects the organization’s true priorities and cadence • Executive time is spent at least 80% on lead generation and relationships
- Nothing slips through the cracks — ever
