What You’ll Do:

Maintain executive inboxes and deliver daily email and priority summaries

Own and manage calendars, schedule coordination, and time blocking

Track key numbers, financial data, and business scorecards

Ensure the executive has a pulse on finances and investments at all times

Deliver a daily priorities and commitments report to keep execution tight

Protect executive focus so 80%+ of their time is spent on relationships and lead generation

Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface

Support projects, communication, documentation, and follow-through end to end

What Success Looks Like:

Numbers are tracked with accuracy and delivered on time

Executive has a pulse on business finances and investments at all times

Executive inbox is under control and priorities are clear daily

Calendar reflects the organization’s true priorities and cadence • Executive time is spent at least 80% on lead generation and relationships
