Administrative Assistant
Due to expanding workload we require a new member to our team.
The successful applicant would be based in Florida, working Monday to Friday in a full time role, with overtime offered for those who wish to work additional hours.
The applicant should have the following qualities for the position as a minimum.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Passing phone calls and mail on to the relevant people
- Booking meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
- Issuing security passes
- General admin and bookkeeping tasks
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
