Someone with great communications skill (english). Ready to dive in and get our customers issues resolved! We have an e-sign platform and we help car dealerships e-sign transactions. It would be great if you had experience in automotive sales or finance or title/licensing and had some familiarity with Dealership DMS systems like DealerCenter, DealerTrack, Frazer, RouteOne, CUDL, CDK, etc. Also understanding PDFs, Chrome Extensions, Installing Printers (we have a virtual printer). Someone also who would be willing to learn from and help manage or lead a group of support team, think quickly, and respond quickly to customers issues, and some one who would want to "go the extra mile" to help solve our customers' pain points!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
