JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Mass Torts team. T This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, possesses strong communication skills and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client documents and records, updating databases, communicating with clients, and providing general support to ensure the smooth operation of the Mass Torts team.
This is a remote position.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$22.00-$28.00/hour
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Job duties will include:
- Reviewing and organizing client documents.
- Uploading and maintaining client information and case-related data within a case management database.
- Preparing and sending correspondence to clients through various communication channels.
- Conducting client outreach regarding document signatures, responding to their inquiries, and supporting them through the case process.
- Performing additional duties needed to support the Mass Torts Team
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year experience in an administrative role or similar
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent administrative, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work remote.
