Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, and ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities also include preparing financial statements, using accounting software to track expenditures, and assisting in financial planning and reporting to support operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Specializes in Payroll, Client Invoicing, and Bookkeeping
- Expertise in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and Financial Records Management
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and experience in the Finance domain
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
