Position Overview:
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall facilities health of their assigned community assets. This includes but is not limited to appropriate follow up regarding resident reactive work requests, preventive maintenance, capital projects, turnover, move-in and related maintenance work and coordination. This position acts as a knowledgeable first contact for the onsite teams to escalate facilities, vendors, or other community specific concerns that the maintenance community management team has. This position assists in the transitioning of new and value add development projects to full operational status. This includes overseeing and administering the warranty program for a given community and coordinating with third parties as necessary to complete work. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor also plays a critical role in putting together policies and procedures from the corporate level to better track and deliver on the overall management brand standards, goals, and strategies.
What You Will Do:
Oversees regional maintenance operations by providing hands-on training, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and stepping in to manage supervisory responsibilities during absences or vacancies
Ensure proper training for maintenance team on all building systems such as pools, plumbing, electrical, CCTV, access control and other building systems
Ensure proper training for maintenance staff on all life, fire, and safety systems such as emergency generator, fire alarm panel, fire pump and sprinkler systems
Assists in managing and contracting for third party services for maintenance related items such as landscaping, HVAC contracts, life safety inspections, fitness equipment PM, and other service contracts
Communicate with community and regional managers for incidents, site visits, staffing, and other issues concerning the community

Pay Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 20% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance. Compensation Disclosure:
