Structured Cabling & OSP Lead (RCDD) – Remote (U.S.)

What you’ll do
- Own TIA-942 MDA/IDF design, fiber/copper specs, pathways/tray, labeling, and OSP entrances/diverse routes.
- Coordinate with Mechanical Lead to keep liquid-cooling safe around IT spaces (drip/sensors/segregation).
- Manage vendors, testing, and as-builts through turn-up.
What you’ve done
- 8–15+ yrs data-center cabling; RCDD (or equivalent deep experience).
- Delivered large DC halls; fielded OSP route surveys, entrance protections, and SLAs with carriers.
Near-term outcomes (30 days)
- Campus cabling standards + pathway layouts approved.
- OSP entrance plan (diverse paths) published.
Compensation
- Meaningful equity + salary to be discussed (or competitive contractor rate) with milestone bonuses aligned to project phases.
- Remote with possible site travel.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
