We are looking for a professional and organized Full-Time Remote Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide virtual front-desk and administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will handle client communications, manage scheduling, and assist with day-to-day administrative operations while maintaining a positive and professional company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors via phone, email, and chat.
