Job Summary
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our fleet. This position involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of various vehicles and heavy equipment, including trucks, excavators, and farm machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Coordinate, monitor and report all maintenance activities for the heavy equipment fleet to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and compliance with existing SOPs, while suggesting improvements where possible.
Responsibilities: Maintenance Coordinator – Heavy Machinery Rental
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery
- Experience coordinating maintenance work and understanding of workshop processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and work with multiple teams. Ability to work under pressure and deliver the job in a timely manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required for equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs.

Pay: $23.57 - $28.38 per hour
