We specialize in property preservation, maintenance, and renovation, protecting and improving residential and commercial properties across multiple states.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Property Preservation Coordinator who knows the business — someone who understands ICC documentation, field-crew management, and client communication at a professional level.
This position is responsible for coordinating field work, managing client portals, and ensuring every property is documented before, during, and after service according to HUD and risk-management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and manage preservation work orders across multiple client portals.
- Review Initial Condition Checklists (ICCs) and verify accuracy.
- Oversee before, during, and after photo documentation in Pruvan Direct, CompanyCam, and other portals.
- Track work progress and ensure completion within required timelines.
- Communicate effectively with field crews, tenants, and clients via RingCentral or portal chat.
- Prepare bids, invoices, and change orders using Invoice2Go and client systems.
- Identify safety, compliance, or quality-control issues and resolve promptly.
- Maintain organized notes, logs, and schedule updates in Outlook Calendar.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Property Preservation, REO Coordination, or Field Services.
- Knowledge of Safeguard Properties, Cyprexx, ZVN, or similar vendor systems.
- Strong understanding of HUD, FHA, and ICC standards for property compliance.
- Experience using Pruvan, CompanyCam, Vendor Café, Property Meld, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple work orders and vendors simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing or dispatching field crews.
- Familiarity with bid creation, change orders, and client compliance audits.
- Understanding of REO timelines, risk, and quality control processes.
