Company Description
TaxBooks is a fast-growing boutique accounting firm, and we're looking for our first full-time Senior Bookkeeper - a founding hire who will take ownership of client bookkeeping and help shape the firm as we grow.
If you:
- Live and breathe QuickBooks Online (certified or willing to certify within 60 days)
- Understand financial statements and have basic tax knowledge
- Are self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and love organizing numbers
- Bonus: CPA or Enrolled Agent (eligible for higher salary!)

What We Offer:
- $60k/year base + up to $1,500 quarterly bonus
- $300/month wellness stipend, $500/year professional development, $500 home office stipend
- 12 days PTO + 6 holidays
