Position Overview
Role: Full-Time Executive Assistant to UHNW Principal
Location: Miami, FL (with potential for occasional domestic and international travel)
Salary Range: $170,000 - $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and
expertise
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility required to accommodate the principal’s dynamic
schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Client Focus: This VIP principal, a prominent Jewish individual, seeks an Executive
Assistant who can anticipate needs, manage complex responsibilities with flawless
execution, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The
role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in delivering seamless
support to a high-profile client with a sophisticated lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the principal’s complex calendar, coordinating high-level
meetings, appointments, and events with precision across multiple time zones.
Travel Coordination: Arrange intricate domestic and international travel itineraries,
including private aviation, luxury accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring
flawless logistics and comfort.
Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the principal,
handling correspondence, screening calls, and managing communications with internal
and external stakeholders with tact and discretion.
Household Liaison: Collaborate with the estate manager and household staff to ensure
seamless integration of the principal’s personal and professional needs, including
coordinating events or dinners (often aligned with Jewish traditions, such as Shabbat).
Project Management: Oversee special projects, such as organizing high-profile events,
managing charitable initiatives, or handling personal investments, with meticulous
attention to detail.
Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion in handling sensitive personal and
professional matters, adhering to a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Lifestyle Support: Assist with personal tasks, such as managing appointments,
sourcing high-end services, or coordinating with vendors, to enhance the principal’s
quality of life.
Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate an understanding of Jewish traditions, particularly
Shabbat observance, to align scheduling and tasks respectfully with the principal’s
values.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting
C-suite executives, high-profile individuals, or UHNW clients. Experience in private
households, family offices, or equivalent high-stakes environments is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to
prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, project management tools (e.g., Teams, Asana, Trello), and virtual communication
platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Discretion: Impeccable professionalism and a track record of maintaining confidentiality
with sensitive information.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
interact seamlessly with high-profile individuals, staff, and vendors.
Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Jewish customs and traditions, particularly
Shabbat and kosher principles, to ensure respectful and informed support.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to travel and
adjust to the principal’s evolving needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; additional
certifications in project management or executive administration are a plus.
References: Strong references from previous high-profile roles, demonstrating reliability,
