- Record and document spare parts requirements directly at customer sites
- Assemble and install spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades on our machines
- Perform regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure uptime
- Analyze and resolve technical faults while supporting customers onsite
- Train and assist customer teams in the safe and efficient use of our machines
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar — ideally with further technical training
- Initial experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance
- Strong understanding of mechanics and electronics
- Independent, solutiondriven, and customerfocused mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally and a good command of English
