We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee and manage our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling money flow, managing loans, handling accounting software, and ensuring the company’s finances are well-structured and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily cash flow, expenses, and revenues.
Handle loan management, repayments, and financial planning.
Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks.
Manage financial activities across multiple platforms: Shopify, Sellercloud, Stripe, BigCommerce, HubSpot, and Amazon.
Ensure smooth coordination with banking systems and apps.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
Monitor budgets and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Establish and enforce proper financial controls within the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and financial reporting.
Familiarity with Shopify, Sellercloud, Stripe, BigCommerce, HubSpot, and Amazon.
Hands-on experience with bank apps for payments and reconciliations.
Solid understanding of loan management and financial planning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or retail companies.
CPA or equivalent financial certification
