The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Therapy Recruiting Team. They will assist the Recruiters with the candidates and healthcare clients as directed. This position is non-exempt and performs work under the direct supervision of the Recruiters/Sales Manager and Director or Sales.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
Experience: Two years of administrative support in an office environment and strong customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Contact and document Healthcare Professional's employment references
*Work closely with Recruiters to complete candidate information and prepare profiles for submission
*Contact and follow-up with Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s) regarding items pending for profile completion and updates on job prospects
*Prepare Assignment and Extension Agreements for external employees
*Recruiting calls/emails through the database as directed by supervisor
*Follow-up with HCP’s regarding missed hours and collect missing timecards
*Review weekly expiring credentials report and coordinate with HCP to complete credentials
*Text and email job blasts to prospects
*Initial screening/qualify call with prospective candidates
*Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:

* Required to remain in one area for long periods of time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
