What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will present a diverse design portfolio as you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating topnotch designs that capture interest, gain impressions, trigger engagement, and help visually lead audiences to proceed with call-to-action steps. You will serve in an immersive role that requires your creative input to help define, evolve, and maintain marketing standards per brand.
You will manage a large influx of creative projects for the company, its omni channel marketing, its multiple brands, its global distributors and clients. You will conceptualize and deliver superior assets to help support increased company exposure, awareness, and revenue per business category.
This hybrid role is for you if you reside in Florida, preferably in Central Florida. Pre-scheduled visits will be required from time to time.
What you Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
- Vast experience developing creative for traditional, responsive, digital, and event marketing.
- Photo production and retouching
- Demonstrate exceptional use of typography, color theory, and principles of design
- Ability to move quickly on high-impact projects with adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge and ability to adhere to best-in-class production, design tools, and print specifications (bleeds, packaging files, printer spreads vs viewable, etc).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
