Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate to help support Managing Directors. The Associate will be responsible for preparing financial models, conducting industry research, analyzing data, valuation analysis, creating marketing materials, managing data rooms and contact logs, assisting in due diligence and transactions closings, and business development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience (3+ years) in investment banking or a related area such as strategy consulting, corporate development, corporate finance, investment research, venture capital, or private equity
- Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and conducting industry research
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Solid academic record with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- Entuhusiastic, hard-working entrepreneurial attitude
- Experience and/or strong interest in the technology market
