Role Description
As a Customer Success Manager on our US team, you’ll be the trusted partner for our nonprofit clients — helping them to raise more money for their missions using our tools. You’ll be a specialist in customer onboarding and activation and will also work ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is ideal for a smart, proactive individual who loves the hustle of startup work and thrives on achieving results for mission-led organizations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in customer success with a focus on onboarding + activation
- Proven track record of account retention and growth
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for the nonprofit sector (experience in it a big plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
