Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant encompasses several different roles internally and externally. In this role, you will work closely and strategically with our clients acting as their outsourced Controller providing various financial reporting on KPI's, projections and other data that will help our clients understand the financial health of their business and use the data to make smart business decisions. Working with multiple clients, advanced accounting knowledge, technology savviness and experience working with small businesses are all a necessity. Must be willing to invest time and energy into implementing efficient accounting processes, and providing top-notch service to our clients. Must love to be on Zoom with clients!
JADDE Financial Solutions needs:
- Strong client communicator - make sure we are delivering and exceeding expectations while keeping clients happy and maintaining ongoing relationships, and resolving financial needs
- Must have experience working with MULTIPLE clients and multiple industries
- Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping functions, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, sales tax, end-of-month close process and financial reports
- Listen to clients and provide accounting services to keep them moving
- Apply problem-solving skills to provide the appropriate solutions
