Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part Time Administrative professional to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. The successful applicant will be responsible for various clerical tasks, customer service interactions, and maintaining remote office organization.
Responsibilities
- Process calls from clients/members who may bypass the AI receptionist.
- Generate leads of real estate sellers and buyers(email/phone)
- Process concierge intake forms(bookings)
- General administrative/clerical duties
Experience
Candidates should have previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication capabilities.
*MUST HAVE A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP THAT CAN BE HARDWIRED TO INTERNET WHILE WORKING. AT LEAST 2GHZ AND 4GB RAM
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
