Cornerstone Caregiving is a home care agency who sends private caregivers into client’s homes to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). This position will hold the responsibility to undertake a variety of after hour office calls and text messages. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting our business activities after hours.
Basic Responsibilities
- Assist the office team with general administrative after hours.
- Manage client and caregivers' schedules and calls made to the office.
- Actively complete the following week’s open shifts with an assigned caregiver.
- Work within company software, computer knowledge is needed for this position.
- Ability to be awake before 7am shifts to be sure all morning shifts have been clocked in, and the ability to be awake until all 10pm shifts are clocked in.
Essential Duties
- Manage all incoming calls from multiple lines
- Oversee caregivers' schedules and clock in and out times
- Have the ability to cover a shift as needed
- Ability to be on-call multiple times a week and on weekends
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
