About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our property management team. This is a remote, part-time role focused on handling maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate records in our property management system (Buildium).
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys problem-solving and keeping workflows running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process maintenance requests submitted by tenants through the app.
- Contact vendors to schedule inspections and repairs.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain estimates and timelines.
- Seek owner approval for work orders over $500.
- Enter vendor invoices (bills) into Work Orders in Buildium.
- Update statuses and maintain accurate digital records.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and owners as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication skills (phone and email).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with online systems (Buildium, Xero experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- $20/hour, paid weekly.
- Part-time remote position (4–5 hours/day), Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
