Job Summary
The Sales Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processing of our wholesale orders. This includes intaking and processing orders, liaising with clients and sales representatives, coordinating with the fulfillment team for timely deliveries, and maintaining organized records. This role will also work closely with our Sales Team, assisting with administrative duties as needed.
Duties
- Intake, process and coordinate upon all aspects of wholesale orders, from receipt to delivery.
- Communicate with wholesale clients to process orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of wholesale transactions and maintain a CRM.
- Assist in the maintenance of the companies relationships with new and current wholesale clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor the fulfillment and shipping process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, fulfillment, and inventory control.
- General support for the sales team as needed.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, or administrative work (or related roles).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Google Drive Suite.
- Experience with CRM and order management software (Shopify) is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with shipping platforms and software is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks to maintain operational deadlines.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
